So I tried running today. I found that it is not fun to run in 50 degree weather...

I agree. One of my least favorite things ever is being cold. I hate running when it's cold. If you're going to run anyway, though, be sure that you run with something over your mouth because the cold air can hurt your lungs when you're breathing that hard. Your mouth doesn't have to be closed, of course, but if you have a neck gaiter or something, it'll help warm the air before it goes in your lungs. Ideally, I would never run if it was less than 65 deg F. outside, but that's just me and my disdain for the cold.
